Markham District Historical Board

The Markham District Historical Board is the governing body of the Museum and accepts all responsibility for the Institution, controls its finances, sets policy and ensures that the purposes for which the Museum exists are fulfilled. The board is composed of 8 volunteers of the public, the Honorary Historian, one representative from the Markham Historical Society and two Councillors.
