2007 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation and Maintenance

The project for sanitary sewer and service connection repairs and rehabilitation will start on Monday, July 16, 2007. All work will be performed by Town’s contractor Liqui-Force Services Inc. on various streets using a no-dig trenchless repair method. This method reduces service interruptions and surface disturbances and potential damages.  

Home owners and residents of the project area may notice crews from Liqui-Force Services Inc. on their streets within the project area. Work will be undertaken from street to street and duration on each street may vary depending on the nature and extent of rehabilitation work required. A definitive project schedule is not available due to large variance in work locations and durations.  

Even without the need of digging, some minor sewer usage disruptions may still be required to complete the work. Prior to any sewer usage disruption, notices will be hand delivered (usually 48 hrs in advance) advising the homeowners/residents of any necessary steps required from them.
