Applefest, 23rd Annual

Friday September 21st 7:00 – 10:00pm (Family Dance).

Saturday September 22nd, 10:00 am- 8:00 pm

Sunday, September 23rd, 2006, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

$6 for adults, $5 seniors/students, $4 for kids.  Children 2 and under free.

Join in Markham Museum’s salute to the wonderful apple! The Museum operates its own apple cider mill and offers samples to visitors. Our orchard is open for picking! Visitors can participate in a variety of hands-on activities for children of all ages as well as showcase a wonderful array of pioneer handicrafts and skills. Witness the operation of the on-premises sawmill and visit our historic buildings. Our steam tractor will be fired up and our antique thresher will show participants a glimpse of farm life from the turn of the last century. Live entertainment, carousel, boat, train and wagon rides too.
