Rwanda Exhibit Opening

Twenty-eight teens from six high schools in Markham have collaborated to design and build their own exhibit on the subject of Rwanda. The inspiration for this exhibit was a pen-pal project that happened through the 1980’s at Unionville Public School. These letters form the core of the exhibit, and were the starting point of the year-long journey taken by our youth curators into understanding a culture with ties to Markham. Join us in celebrating the opening of this exciting exhibit.
